Reporting to the General Manager, this role ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and fosters a strong, proactive safety culture across the operation. Lead and maintain site safety systems, KPIs, and standards Oversee emergency response, mine rescue, and firefighting programs Support safety communication, training, orientation, and contractor management Conduct inspections, audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments Provide oversight to Industrial Hygiene, Safety Training,

• Safety experience

• Industrial or construction H&S; experience required
