Data entry, updating and validation in various systems (HRIS account creation and data updating, Group Insurance and Virtual Clinic subscriptions) Monthly and Quarterly HR Data Reporting and Auditing (Employee information in HRIS, Benefits Enrollment, Immigration Data, Headcount) Manage HR communications for statutory holidays and other reminders Work on ad hoc analytics (French Classes Utilization, Onboarding Experience, etc.) Assist the HR team with specific local projects Collecting feedback by using Tableau platform for list Ad hoc HR data entry-related tasks, such as Anti-Harassment training platform administration. Bilingualism (spoken and written French and English)
