This role will provide you with the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced HR and Payroll professionals while gaining exposure to a multitude of different companies across numerous industries. The focus of the Payroll & HR Generalist role will be to: Payroll Functions: Perform full-cycle payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulations, including provincial payroll standards.

Maintain payroll records, including employee data, tax information, and deductions. Respond to payroll-related inquiries from clients and employees in a timely manner. Assist with year-end payroll tasks, including preparing T4s and other government filings.

HR Functions: Create, review and update client policies, handbooks, and other documents to ensure they are compliant with the relevant legislation as well as best practices. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues.



Provide advice on performance and disciplinary issues. Mentor internal HR Coordinators. Coordinate employee and/or disability leaves. Administer training sessions and/or seminars. Keep current with existing and proposed laws and regulations affecting HR practices. Assist with specialized projects such as job descriptions, compensation reviews, HR audits, and HRIS implementations. Provide recruitment support. Other HR &
