Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution of HR operations, ensuring policies and programs are implemented effectively. This role supports recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding. Lead full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (continued). Manage job postings and candidate pipeline using ATS (ADP, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (continued). Coordinate onboarding, ensuring new hires are prepared and integrated successfully.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding (continued). Administer employee offboarding process, including return of equipment, final pay coordination, and documentation.
- Employee Relations & Engagement. Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Employee Relations & Engagement (continued). Support conflict resolution, investigations, and offboarding processes.
- Employee Relations & Engagement (continued). Assist HR Director in handling employee investigations, documentation and resolutions strategies.

- Performance Management & Development. Support annual performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes.
- Performance Management & Development (continued). Identify skill gaps and organize training sessions to enhance employee development.
- Compensation & Benefits. Administer benefits programs,
ensuring accurate enrollment and compliance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR generalist/management experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor laws and HR compliance.
- Proficiency with HRIS (ADP) and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Bilingual in French and English if the role is based in Canada.
