Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.

- Deep understanding of South African labor law and HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
