Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and refrigeration systems.





- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose issues and implement solutions.

- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential problems before they escalate.

- Utilize specialized tools such as electrical testing equipment.

- Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system performance data.

What We’re Looking For
- Certification: Sheet metal Apprentice, Journeyman, or B ticket is considered a strong asset.

- Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with a solid understanding of HVAC/R (refrigeration) systems and mechanical knowledge.

- Construction Background: Hands-on experience with construction projects involving HVAC installation or maintenance is highly desirable.

- Technical Skills: Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and HVAC design plans accurately; familiarity with mechanical equipment repair and refrigeration units.

- Bonus Skills: Knowledge of plumbing systems related to HVAC applications and general property maintenance is preferred.

- Field Proficiency: Robust troubleshooting experience to resolve mechanical issues efficiently on-site using testing tools like ohmmeters while maintaining high HVAC/R safety standards.
