CanadaWheels, headquartered in Ottawa, is seeking an E-Commerce Customer Success Specialist to join our Ottawa team. You will be a primary contact for CanadaWheels and USAWheels customers, helping them from product questions to post-purchase support via phone, email, and live chat.

You're comfortable with rapid-paced environments, enjoy solving problems, and have strong English communication. An interest in automotive products is a plus, and French is a bonus.
