CGL’s national HR team seeks an experienced qualified to design, develop, coordinate, implement and maintain organizational development and people programs. You will work across OD&P; tools and resources to respond to business and employee needs, supporting a proactive, agile approach.
You will lead workshops, manage content on SharePoint and internal platforms, prepare reports from surveys and stakeholder feedback, and guide HR partners on OD&P; processes.
