- Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company standards
- Oversee scheduling, material deliveries, inspections, and daily site logistics
- Track project milestones and provide detailed progress reports to senior management
- Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to minimize delays
- Maintain thorough and accurate site documentation, including logs, reports, and compliance records.



Minimum 20 years of experience in construction site supervision, with at least 5 years in hydroelectric or heavy civil projects
- In-depth knowledge of hydro project construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
- Must be available for both planned and unplanned inspections
- Field-based role requiring travel within Canada and/or U.Work may include exposure to extreme weather conditions, rugged terrain, and remote locations. Retirement savings plan with employer contribution
