You’ll be tasked with updating billing information, handling invoicing requests, and supporting overall customer satisfaction. Analyze data and prepare reports to drive improvements across invoicing and collection. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute monthly invoicing tasks for target business units
- Keep customer billing contact information current




- Provide escalation assistance for invoicing-related queries
- Perform revenue analysis and reporting tasks
- Assist in process enhancement projects for invoicing

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- Relevant experience in invoicing or finance preferred
