You'll play a critical role in aligning IDC performance with Intelcom’s strategic objectives while advising on operational trends and compliance. Engaging with multiple functions, you’ll help ensure sufficient IDC capacity to meet customer demand. Key Responsibilities:

- Enhance IDC performance alignment via data insights
- Facilitate two-way communication with IDCs
- Mediate and resolve contractor concerns effectively
- Advise on compliance and policy changes
- Provide regular field observations for strategic planning

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in logistics or account management
- High competency in performance monitoring using KPIs
- Solid negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
