Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

- 1+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate and interface with global team members and business teams across time zones.
- Develop functions and program MCP or other AI related with features or automations for IAM space.
- Evaluate and implement vendor specific MCP servers and develop interfaces/MCP clients.
- Engage with engineers to design, develop or apply IAM features such as authentication, authorization, and single sign-on (SSO).
- Apply and implement identity protocols (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM) for application and agent workloads.
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment using terraform and manage code with version control.
- Actively participate in innovative conversations around secure tunnelling of access for vault cloud provider environments.
- Improve the tools error handling and reporting capabilities.
- Write clean, testable, and documented code in languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Support testing of identity services and participate in debugging and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, infrastructure, product) to understand requirements and deliver solutions.




- Explore and present innovative ideas for improving security, performance, and user experience in identity systems.
- Assist in daily operations by interacting with end users to troubleshoot identity related issues including checking logs, update user attributes, bulk updates with scripts, etc.
- Assist in daily operations by participating in identity service maintenance including patching servers, implement solution for vulnerability fixes, upgrade servers or installing recent services, etc.

Nice to Have:

- Programming skills in one or more of the following: Java, Go, Python, or JavaScript.
- AI oriented programming and working style.
- Familiarity with zero-trust architecture and related technologies.
- Ability to write quality code with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with identity concepts such as authentication, authorization, RBAC, and directory services.
- Passion towards building security around APIs and transactional tokens.
- Knowledge of cloud environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Open LDAP, Red Hat Directory, Sun Directory, Windows and Linux operating systems is a plus.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or a related field.
