Position Title: Specialist, Heli-Sales Company Name: CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures Reports To: Manager, Heli-Sales Job Status: Full-time, Year-Round The Heli Sales Specialist is responsible for driving new business growth by converting inbound and marketing-generated leads into new heli skiing and summer guests. This role plays a crucial part in representing two iconic heli skiing brands-CMH Heli Skiing & Summer Adventures and Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing (MWHS)-and presenting them as a complementary portfolio of world class mountain experiences. As a product expert across both brands, the Heli Sales Specialist guides prospective guests through available programs, terrain types, lodge experiences, and seasonal opportunities.
This role is focused exclusively on new guest acquisition, providing clear recommendations and helping clients confidently choose the right experience from our portfolio of heli ski or heli-hiking experiences. Respond to inbound leads from both CMH and MWHS channels,
applying a consultative approach to understand guest preferences, skill level, and travel motivations. Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal goals for new guest bookings and revenue generation.
Maintain deep knowledge of all CMH and MWHS programs, including ski and heli-hiking programs, terrain characteristics, tenure differences, lodge environments, group formats, safety programs, and seasonal nuances. Clearly articulate why each brand or program may be the best fit based on guest goals, ski ability, group makeup, and preferred experience style. Serve as an authoritative and enthusiastic ambassador for both brands.

Experience Guidance Provide detailed information on preparation, packing, safety protocols, travel logistics, and skill requirements. CRM & Pipeline Management Track all sales activities, lead interactions, deal stages, and follow-up tasks in the CRM system. Maintain accurate and current leads and report on pipeline health, lead quality, and conversion performance. Work with the Manager, Heli Sales to provide insights on lead quality, campaign performance, and guest behavior across both brands.
All employees will support the implementation of CMH health and safety and sustainability initiatives and participate in training and provide assistance as required during emergency response situations. Post-secondary education in a related field. ~ Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional sales or guest services setting working with a CRM. ~3+ years of experience in the luxury hospitality, ski or adventure travel industry Competencies, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Qualities Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strategic planning abilities are crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn other relevant software platforms are key, as is the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating seasonal workloads and changing priorities. Additionally, the candidate must have the confidence to interact with all levels of the company, including those in remote locations within a hub-and-spoke model. Manual dexterity to operate a computer and other common office equipment on a constant basis. This position is required, at times, to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the needs of the business. This position may require occasional travel to CMH areas, as well as some travel to industry functions on an occasional basis. During these times of change, this position requires the flexibility and willingness to accept new responsibilities and potentially transfer others. A competitive compensation package including an attractive base salary and performance incentives will be provided based upon qualifications, experience, and skill set.
