Team: Human Resources Salary Range: $115,000-$165,000 CAD Location: Toronto. This position operates in a hybrid model with regular in-office collaboration days from our Dallas, Chicago, Atlanta, or Toronto offices. Buildfor the Long Term: Engage executive leaders to design team structures, hiring plans, and succession plans to continuously improve organizational effectiveness Support leaders in moments of change by building comprehensive plans to confirm and communicate what is changing, why, and the expected outcomes; provide clarity in areas of ambiguity and proactively support engagement during times of change Continuously improve our standard practices for each of the moments that matter - hiring and onboarding to goal planning, performance enablement, and career development; Define success metrics and guide people leaders to build and maintain our performance culture with emphasis on accelerated learning and growth; partner with business leaders and our people team to assess outcomes and refine plans accordingly Think Big: Influence key initiatives and drive initiatives from planning to execution in partnership with business leaders and experts across the People Team; influence internal practices by sharing insights and recommendations with global people business partners and Centers of Excellence (e.g., People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations) Provide knowledge of best practices in Canada and the United States to continuously drive enhancements to internal practices,



especially when compliance requirements change or external conditions shift across the global landscape Partner with business leadership and People Team to design, plan, and execute new initiatives to achieve measurable results You love the business, and you're energized by solving challenging problems with technical experts.

Business Acumen: Proven ability to design solutions aligned with the business strategy; Understanding of external forces shaping product development and experience supporting product, technology, and/or customer experience teams with adoption of AI to reinvent workflows and deliver valuable solutions with velocity and quality Systems Thinking: Deep understanding of interconnected elements across talent management and the ability to anticipate second-order effects of change 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic human resources management, or similar role, with the proven ability to influence across functional areas to improve business outcomes with executive leaders during moments of rapid growth and change ~ Expert knowledge of human resource disciplines, including performance management, compensation, organizational development, employee relations, and talent acquisition ~ Experience partnering with leaders across functional areas to support organizational design, ideally in software as a service with a complex ecosystem of multiple products, global teams,



and matrix structures ~ Deep knowledge of employment practices in Canada and the United States with experience addressing employee relations considerations across global locations; ability to assess risks in complex scenarios and experience partnering with legal counsel to define plans when needed ~ Demonstrated impact on human resources initiatives during planning and execution phases;

experience building, refining, and/or implementing AI agents to support leaders and team members ~ Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in human resources, business administration, or a related field with supplemental coursework or certification(s) in areas of expertise (e.g., human resources, employee relations, organizational design) - Why?
