Support healing and resilience in the community as a Community Liaison at One Arrow First Nation. This full-time position emphasizes cultural integration within mental health and addiction services. Working under the supervision of the Mental Health & Addictions Manager, you will foster connections between the community and vital resources.

Your role entails providing education, advocacy, and coordination, emphasizing Indigenous approaches to mental health recovery. You will empower individuals and families affected by historical trauma, ensuring a culturally significant approach to wellness and healing. Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a bridge between clients and mental health services
- Provide necessary guidance and education for community members




- Plan and execute cultural events and programming
- Advocate for the needs of individuals and families
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical practices in all interactions

Requirements:

- Possess a university diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Comprehensive understanding of Indigenous health practices
- Robust organizational skills and communication abilities
- Capable of fostering independent and collaborative relationships
