About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical Industrial Engineer with a specialization in Systems Analysis to join their remote team. This role involves the comprehensive study and enhancement of complex organizational systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop conceptual models and detailed designs for new or revised systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize operations research techniques, simulation software, and statistical analysis to evaluate system performance and predict outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a remote environment to gather requirements and ensure buy-in.

- Monitor system performance post-implementation, providing ongoing analysis and recommendations for refinement.

Requirements

- Master's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering , Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, process modeling, or industrial engineering consulting, preferably with remote project experience.
- Expertise in analytical modeling, simulation software (e.g., AnyLogic, Arena), and statistical analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of systems thinking and enterprise architecture principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, conceptual thinking ability, and communication for remote collaboration.
- Proven ability to manage complex analytical projects independently.
