About the Role

Our client seeks a highly experienced Industrial Engineering Consultant to provide expert guidance on operational efficiency and process optimization projects in Kimberley and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough assessments of client operations to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement customized Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma strategies tailored to specific client needs.
- Design and optimize facility layouts, material flow, and production schedules for maximum efficiency.
- Lead project teams, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of consulting engagements.




- Provide training and coaching to client personnel on best practices in industrial engineering.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a significant portion in a consulting role.
- Demonstrated expertise in process optimization, Lean methodologies, and Six Sigma (Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification highly preferred).
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems, develop cutting-edge solutions, and drive implementation.
- Exceptional client management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with project management software and advanced data analysis tools.
