Our client seeks a highly experienced Industrial Engineering Consultant to provide expert guidance on operational efficiency and process optimization projects in Kimberley and surrounding areas. In this crucial role, you will analyze complex business challenges, design and implement strategic improvements, and deliver measurable results for a variety of industrial settings. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.

Conduct thorough assessments of client operations to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction. Develop and implement customized Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma strategies tailored to specific client needs. Design and optimize facility layouts, material flow, and production schedules for maximum efficiency.

Lead project teams, manage timelines, and ensure the successful delivery of consulting engagements. Provide training and coaching to client personnel on best practices in industrial engineering.



Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.

Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. ~10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a significant portion in a consulting role. ~ Proven ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and drive implementation. ~ Experience with project management software and advanced data analysis tools.
