Location is Mirabel Quebec (Hybrid with 3 Days Onsite in a week) We are looking for a hands‑on Industrial Project Manager who can successfully lead manufacturing transformation initiatives, improve assembly line performance, manage cross‑functional stakeholders, and contribute to the achievement of production growth and operational excellence objectives.

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic industrial projects and driving sustainable improvements across manufacturing operations. Define the future evolution of assembly lines and identify critical paths to optimize production performance and support planned rate increases. Lead and execute industrial transformation projects within manufacturing operations.

Develop project execution strategies, including scope, deliverables, resource requirements, schedules, budgets, risk management, quality plans, communications, and training activities. Plan and coordinate cross‑functional project activities and ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders. Act as the primary interface between engineering, operations, supply chain, and management teams.

Manage stakeholder expectations and oversee change requests throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and overall financial performance. Prepare and present project status updates, risks, and performance indicators to management committees and senior leadership.

Assess business risks and opportunities associated with proposed industrial changes. Support the development of business cases for both technical and non‑technical initiatives. Act as a change management leader to facilitate successful adoption of new processes and operational improvements.

Plan, organize,



and facilitate cross‑functional workshops focused on defining and maintaining optimal assembly strategies. 3–7 years of experience managing industrial or manufacturing projects. ~ Experience in assembly line optimization, industrialization, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives. ~ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping, or Continuous Improvement methodologies. ~ Experience in aerospace, transportation, defense, or other high‑complexity manufacturing environments. ~ Strong change management and facilitation skills. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is CAD $44,951 - CAD $98,074 / annum. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
