Work mainly focuses on troubleshooting and repairing of equipment, as well as supporting the installation of equipment and the sales of maintenance contracts.
Maintain a high level of client service by Responding promptly to service requests Following through on commitments to customers and internal colleagues Listening to customer issues Communicating client service information with the Sales Representatives and the Service Coordinators Communicating equipment issues and recommended repairs to the customers Following through on maintenance contracts Supports new equipment installations by Providing follow up support within committed timelines Verifying equipment is set to manufacturer’s specifications Selling maintenance contracts Conducting oneself in accordance with Sinclair’s policies Dental Equipment Manufacturer certification training a huge asset Certification, Diploma or Degree in mechanical, electrical, small machine repair etc. is an asset Experience in mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic,
hydraulic and/or plumbing Excellent customer service skills Able to prioritize and organize work schedule with limited supervision Daily travel between dentists’ offices throughout the territory Available to work evening and weekends to support emergency call outs Periodically required to travel overnight to provide support to clients Able to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.)
