Paragon Kids We are looking for someone who have a valid ECE-IT or ECE-ITS certificate. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Teacher to create a nurturing and engaging learning setting for young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster developmental growth through innovative teaching methods.

This role involves working closely with children, parents, and team members to support each child's educational journey and well-being. We are looking for someone who have a valid ECE-IT or ECE-ITS certificate.

Full Time Type Of Child Care

Full-time Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social skills, independence, and self-confidence.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and needs.



Adhere to all safety regulations and licensing requirements related to early childhood education. Proficiency in English Strong background in childcare and early childhood education Experience working with children of diverse backgrounds.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and team members. Competent in computer skills including basic operation of educational software and record keeping systems. Classroom experience demonstrating effective teaching strategies and classroom management.

Leadership qualities to guide young learners and support team collaboration. Writing skills for documenting observations and preparing reports or communications.
