Basic Purpose of Position: Responsible for Tracking and Maintaining Flight Attendants Qualifications Monthly.

Key Responsibilities: # Determine Candidates due for recurrent Training/Crew Resource Management/First Aid and other Training as required. # Adjust FA monthly training as required to balance training credits and flying requirements given by Supervisor. # Produce French Training letters for Monthly Bid Packages. # Book Pairings for out of base Training requirements. # Book Hotels/Transportation and flights. # Enter preassigned Training in CrewTrac. # Work with internal and external departments to ensure a Flight Attendant training plan is recovered when a Flight Attendant fails, ensuring there is no impact to operations coverage. # Plan return to work Training and Indoc.



# Provide information/reports to Inflight department when required. # Responsible for all Planning/Tracking and recovery for all Flight Attendant new Hires. # Assist Planners with Monthly open Vacation awards for the Flight Attendants.

Qualifications: # Airline Experience for at least 3 Years. # Knowledge of Crew Trac would be an asset. # Knowledge of Altea would be an asset. # Knowledge of Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams an asset. # Understanding of Crew Qualifications. # Understanding of Collective Agreements. # Work well as a Team Player or Independent. # Valuable decision making. # Organized. # Able or flexible to work hours.
