The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. The Manager, Corporate Communications and Community Affairs, will manage the Employee and Community Affairs team and drive high-impact internal and external communications. Reporting to Director, Corporate Affairs, this role is responsible for executive and employee communications, employee experiences and events, top employer awards program, intranet and leading communications supports for key initiatives such as fund launches that drive the business drive forward.

Lead internal communications strategy, executive messaging and company-wide employee communications Own intranet strategy, governance, content and continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience Support external communications, including media relations, product launches, and key business initiatives Partner with internal and external stakeholders and deliver best-in-class communications Lead, coach and develop the Employee and Community Affairs team University degree in Communications, Journalism,
