School of Health has an immediate need for a Health Care Aide Instructor. We are seeking a Health Care Aide Clinical Instructor to join our School of Health. You will be reporting the the Manager, Operations School of Health .

Support and guide students in a positive learning environment on the duties and responsibilities of an HCA. Collaborate with the preceptor/staff in completing a final evaluation of the student’s practical performance. Document daily performance on students. 5 years of current Health care experience, preferably working in Long-term Care. ~ Experience instructing adults and/or delivering (individualized or group) workplace training is an asset. ~ Approachable with a friendly demeanor, fostering a supportive environment. ~ Flexible and responsive to changes in a fast-paces setting. ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard computer applications.

Job Type: Fixed-term contract (Part-time) Schedule: Monday - Friday (Day/Evening Shift)
