and cancellations Conduct needs-based reviews to identify coverage gaps and opportunities Generate new business through referrals, follow-ups, and cross-selling Support agency sales and marketing initiatives Work closely with the Agent and team to achieve business goals Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and retention Required Qualifications Active OTL or RIBO Licence Previous insurance sales and customer service experience Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proven ability to identify sales opportunities and close business Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valuable personal credit history (required for insurance licensing sponsorship) Additional Requirements ~ Must obtain LLQP certification within three months of hire to support Life Insurance servicing and sales. Successful licensing fees will be covered by the Agency.
