Develop & expand business by identifying and closing new commercial insurance opportunities Build key relationships as a trusted broker for local business owners, executives, and industry associations Leverage in-house CRM to manage pipelines, track submissions, and optimize follow-ups Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid or remote (if based in Ontario) work environment in Oshawa, ON, Canada Unlimited earning potential with a commission-based compensation structure, with a first-year earning range of $48,000 to $85,000 Bonus structure Fully-equipped office designed for productivity and collaboration Minimum 2 years commercial insurance experience Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and market trends. Proven success in closing mid-to-large scale accounts Proven experience in generating leads, developing business, or acquiring clients within the insurance industry.
