Premium Insurance Brokers, a division of ORACLE RMS, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an in office role in Windsor, ON. You will respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person, provide policy information, and help customers understand their coverage options.

You will update client records, prepare documentation, liaise with insurers, and support sales and underwriting teams while contributing to a continually improving client experience and competitive rates.
