Join 123Dentist’s People and Culture team as an HR Acquisition Integration Analyst. This role requires a keen understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management in a full time position. As the primary HR lead for newly acquired dental practices, you'll play a crucial role in seamlessly integrating these entities into the 123Dentist network.

Your responsibilities will encompass reviewing payroll practices, benefits, and developing transition plans to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. You'll work closely with multiple departments to facilitate a positive employee experience during this important process. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate all HR activities for newly acquired dental practices
- Review and identify gaps in payroll and benefits integration




- Create and implement transition plans for new teams
- Onboard employees into HR systems and ensure data integrity
- Address employee lifecycle needs, including leaves and changes

Requirements:

- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- At least 3 years of HR operational experience
- Experience with acquisitions and integrations preferred
- Knowledge of employee leave administration is an asset
- Fluency in English and French is strongly preferred
