You will be responsible for developing precise budgets, coordinating with subcontractors, and performing quantity take-offs. Your contributions will support the thorough planning process that sets our projects apart. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare conceptual budgets and detailed estimates
- Review drawings for scope and risk completeness
- Evaluate and analyze subcontractor quotations
- Price change orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain pricing databases and estimating templates

Requirements:

- 3–5 years estimating experience in residential construction
- Post-secondary diploma in Architectural or Estimating Technology
- Solid knowledge of residential materials and scopes
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
