Job Title: BilingualIntermediate IT Project Manager (English/French) Job Type: 3-month part time contract (possibility of extension) Location: 100% remote Hours per week: 4 hours minimum (can go up to 20 hours) Our client is seeking an Intermediate IT Project Manager for a short-term contract engagement to support multiple active client initiatives. This role will manage 3–4 concurrent client projects and is responsible for driving execution, maintaining momentum, and ensuring clear communication across stakeholders. This individual will take ownership of project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects move forward efficiently.

Project

Initiation & Planning Review client Statements of Work (SOWs) and translate them into structured project deliverables. Develop professional client-facing slide decks to support project kick-offs and ongoing status updates. Lead and facilitate project kick-off meetings with clients and internal teams. Develop project charters outlining scope, objectives, stakeholders, risks, assumptions, and success criteria.



Create high-level project plans and timelines aligned to SOW commitments.

Project

Execution & Coordination Drive projects forward by ensuring tasks are clearly defined and assigned. Conduct regular check-ins with assigned technical and functional resources. Monitor timelines and proactively address blockers or risks.

Act as a primary point of contact for project coordination. 3–7 years of experience managing IT or technology-focused projects. ~ Must be fluent in French ~ Strong experience developing project documentation including charters, project plans, and executive-ready slide decks. ~ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ~ Comfortable working independently in a part-time contract capacity. PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.

Experience translating SOWs into actionable project plans. Familiarity with common PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.
