Inventory Control Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Coordinator to oversee and optimize our inventory management processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate stock levels, effective warehouse operations, and seamless supply chain flow. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced data analysis tools and supply chain management strategies to support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate inventory replenishment and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Manage non-stock items and direct purchases with cost control in mind.
- Work with procurement, operations, and planning teams to forecast inventory needs.
- Monitor safety stock and inventory performance.




- Participate in supply chain optimization, vendor evaluation, and process improvement.
- Assist with ERP system updates, testing, and digital inventory tools.
- Support operational excellence and complete other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of inventory or supply chain experience.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay : CA$25.00–CA$35.00 per hour
