We are seeking a reliable, methodical, and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to keeping our hardware operations running smoothly — from receiving and shipping laptops and AV equipment to maintaining an organized facility and preparing devices for end users. Receive, inspect, and ship laptops, parts, and IT/AV equipment Prepare outbound shipments, including packaging, labeling,



and palletizing Track incoming and outgoing shipments and communicate with shipping companies Pick parts and stage equipment for internal projects and client deployments Use warehouse management and inventory software accurately and consistently Maintain a clean, protected, and well‑organized warehouse and staging areas Safely move heavy boxes and equipment using proper lifting techniques and a small lift Assist with general facility organization, cleanliness, and basic maintenance Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or opportunities for process improvement Ability to safely lift and move heavy boxes and equipment Experience with shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations is an asset Basic computer skills and comfort using software systems Interest in IT, technology, or hardware (on‑the‑job training provided) Previous experience with laptop or hardware deployments Familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems Experience working with couriers and freight companies Forklift or small lift experience (or willingness to be trained) Pay: $25–$30 per hour Entry level Employment Type: Full‑time
