NTD Apparel Inc. is seeking an Invoicing and Payment Clerk in Ville St-Laurent to ensure accurate billing and cash application processes. This role is essential for maintaining financial integrity within the finance team. As an Invoicing and Payment Clerk, you will report to the Credit Manager and be responsible for generating customer invoices, applying payments, and managing customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of accounting basics and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail while managing a high volume of transactions and maintaining organized records. Key Responsibilities:

- Review and issue customer invoices accurately
- Apply incoming payments efficiently to appropriate invoices




- Investigate and resolve unapplied cash items
- Prepare customer account statements as needed
- Assist during external audits with invoicing documentation

Requirements:

- Certificate in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years in an accounts receivable role
- Strong organizational skills with deadline management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP software
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
