As the IT Field Specialist (Ontario), you will plan and conduct on-site services, which include proactive and reactive maintenance and repair of restaurant Technology hardware and software. This individual will also be responsible for supporting Current Restaurant Openings (NRO’s) with any IT issues. Providing tier 1 & 2 IT hardware, software, telephony, and connectivity support to restaurants Support Asset Management process by tracking, reporting, and monitoring asset status as required; including tracking equipment replacements and validating current state of assets via organizational asset intelligence tools Support projects including but not limited to rollouts and upgrades Support IT systems at new restaurants and remodels A. in Computer Science or an equivalent in education and experience ~2+ years of relevant work experience with IT support responsibilities ~ Working knowledge of multi-unit restaurant hardware configurations and software applications and/or supporting or deploying Point of Sale systems preferred ~ executives, facilities, operations, and external partners).



~ Experience working in a remote capacity ~ Software, hardware, telephony and connectivity problem solving ~ Strong customer service ~ Compensation offered is also subject to local wage and hour laws.
