Levitate is seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our agile Customer Success team.

This role serves as a critical bridge between Sales and Customer Success, helping new clients get up and running with our platform. You'll assist clients with integrations, data migration, and setup - ensuring a smooth transition into the Levitate platform. Lead implementation calls with clients to guide them through setup and onboarding Collaborate closely with Sales, Support,



and Customer Success teams for smooth handoffs Troubleshoot implementation challenges through problem-solving and collaboration with Support and Engineering Accurately document customer interactions and updates in our system Effectively manage time and tasks to meet implementation deadlines 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a tech environment ~ Strong technical aptitude and comfort with tools and integrations ~ Fluent in Excel (basic formulas, VLOOKUP, data manipulation, etc.) ~ Paid time off and paid provincial holidays to facilitate strong work-life balance Paid parental leave that provides employees with support and flexibility as they grow their families Extensive benefit options including private pension matching, healthcare benefits, etc.

Compensation for this position is a $55,000 base + $10,000 bonus = $65,000 CAD on target earnings. The bonus portion is uncapped.
