We are seeking an IT Procurement Specialist for a 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity based in Montréal. This is a hybrid job working on site 2 days per week.

Location: Montréal (Hybrid – 2 days on site)

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Responsibilities & Qualifications

- Approximately 6 years of experience in IT procurement.
- Experience procuring software and technology-related solutions.
- Experience with procurement processes including RFP, RFI, RFQ, and other RFX activities
- Good understanding of IT contract terms and conditions.
- Experience negotiating IT contracts.
- Experience conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Experience managing IT vendors and supplier relationships.
- Knowledge of Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is considered an asset.
- Experience with Agiloft is considered an asset.
