As we continue to grow, we are looking for an IT Specialist L3 ( Implementation Specialist) to join the MSP Corp.

As IT Specialist L3 ( Implementation Specialist) youwill be responsible for providing remote and in office support to clients, managing their hardware, software, and network systems, and ensuring optimal system availability and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful MSP system administration and project delivery in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 9:00 a.m. – Create and maintain documentation related to system configuration, administration, and project related implementations.

Experience with network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN. Knowledge of network infrastructure, including switches, routers,



and firewalls Experience with cloud computing technologies such as Azure and M365 solutions in order to assist or carry out projects like the following: Implementation of Autopilot (hybrid/cloud joined) Implementation of Intune policies ensuring proper configuration of devices and/or users Application packaging for Intune Migration of environments from on-prem to cloud in planned and staged manner. Windows 365 / AVD deployments File migration to SharePoint or Azure file share.

Collaboration with internal teams and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives to deliver the desired satisfactory customer experience. Minimum of 4–7 years of relevant experience in IT support or a related field DEC in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams Solid understanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and related equipment Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
