Become a Smart Hands IT Support Engineer providing on-call assistance at customer locations. Your expertise in troubleshooting and hardware support will be essential to this role. This position focuses on delivering EUC L1 support for various IT equipment as an independent contractor.

You will be tasked with on-demand troubleshooting for desktops, printers, and assisting senior tech teams with remote hands support. Timely documentation and effective communication are crucial for success. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide L1 EUC support and Smart Hands assistance
- Troubleshoot and fix desktop and laptop issues
- Execute hardware installation and break/fix activities
- Assist with basic networking and cabling
- Document work and update ticketing systems Requirements:
- Previous experience in EUC and desktop support
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to follow onsite procedures independently
