In this role, you will develop, implement, and monitor client activities and assist unemployed workers through various employment services. You'll also engage in outreach initiatives and market services to both clients and employers. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver Employment Ontario programs and services to clients
- Develop and implement employment training and services
- Conduct participant recruitment and client marketing
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions
- Monitor client progress and maintain documentation

Requirements:

- Degree in human services or related field
- 3+ years in career guidance or consulting
- Exceptional communication skills in various formats
- Proven ability to work with marginalized populations
- Valid G license and access to a vehicle
