Position Overview The Client is seeking Senior Software Developers with extensive experience designing, developing, integrating, and supporting large-scale enterprise IT solutions. The successful candidate will work across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, architecture, development, integration, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and technical requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts.
- Develop conceptual, logical, and physical solution designs and architecture artifacts.
- Participate in architecture checkpoints and provide related technical support.
- Conduct solution design and code walkthroughs.
- Develop, code, integrate, and implement system/solution components.
- Perform system unit and integration testing and develop related test cases.
- Collaborate with system testers on functional, performance, and vulnerability test cases.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and user documentation.
- Troubleshoot, debug, refactor, and optimize applications and systems.
- Provide technical leadership to system analysts, developers, and testers.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise IT solutions.
- Coordinate resolution of technical issues and incidents.




- Conduct technical research and provide recommendations based on client requirements.
- Develop technical design options and alternatives.
- Provide knowledge transfer and walkthroughs to technical project team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams, service delivery partners, external stakeholders, and technical committees.

Must-Have Requirements

- Large-scale complex systems analysis, design, development, and programming experience.
- Full-stack, multi-tier enterprise solutions experience, including analysis, design, coding, and systems integration.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP/WSDL, JSON/XML messaging, UI technologies, and third-party integrations.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, incident resolution, research, requirements assessment, and solution recommendation capabilities.
- 10+ years of IT systems development experience in complex, multi-platform environments.
- Experience providing technical leadership and conducting solution/code walkthroughs.
- Robust debugging, refactoring, optimization, and technical problem-solving experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- 100% onsite availability in Toronto at 5700 Yonge Street.
