- Oversee all managerial roles and mentor hourly employees
- Facilitate effective weekly meetings for transparent communication
- Regularly offer feedback and celebrate team achievements
- Coordinate onboarding and training processes for new staff
- Ensure the upkeep of our premises to the highest standards

Requirements:

- 2-4 years in business management, preferably in hospitality
- Familiarity with financial operations including P&L; and COGs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to foster relationships and engage with the community
- Skills in analyzing purchasing and industry trends
