- Advise members on workplace issues and grievances
- Research and advocate for labour arbitration cases




- Develop trusted relationships with Local leaders and members
- Strengthen leadership through mentoring of elected officials
- Assist in collective bargaining and dispute resolutions

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree
- Minimum of five years in labour relations
- Proven experience in labour arbitration preparation
- Robust understanding of labour legislation and union operations
- Passion for member advocacy and labour movement
