This involves on‑site repairs and repairs in our valued client’s homes. Verifying and accurately diagnosing mechanical/electrical problems Performing assigned and required repairs to customer products Travelling to customer's homes to diagnose / repair appliances A current Journeyman Appliance Technician ticket Be proactive and demonstrate initiative by providing input and recommendations to continually improve the delivery of our customer experience The chosen candidate must have flexibility to work a Monday‑Friday work schedule (no evening calls!) #
