We’re seeking a Junior Project Manager to oversee abatement projects in Calgary. Responsibilities

- Oversee all phases of abatement projects, from estimating and planning to execution.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to support continued business growth.
- Coordinate project staff to ensure efficient in office operations.
- Track project budgets and financial forecasting, including cash flow, and overall project costs.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company safety policies and Occupational Health & Safety regulations.

Qualifications

- Experience in project management within the construction or abatement industry.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.




- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight.

Certifications

- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.
- Occupational Health and Safety for the Asbestos Worker.
- CSTS 2020/WHMIS.
- First Aid (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits:

- Pay will be commensurate with experience.
- 2 weeks paid vacation annually.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
