Junior Full Stack Engineer As a Junior Software Engineer , you will make an impact by developing and enhancing scalable customer experience solutions that improve user satisfaction, business outcomes, and operational efficiency. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and collaborate closely with product stakeholders, software engineers, quality engineers, business analysts, and operations teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused applications. Develop and maintain high-quality software applications that support customer experience initiatives and business objectives.

Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to improve performance, reliability, and user experience. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and engineering best practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Support CI/CD activities, deployment processes, and production issue resolution while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States . This may change based on the project you're engaged in, as well as business and client requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.





Experience developing applications using contemporary programming languages and software engineering practices. Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and application design principles.

Experience working with source control systems, code reviews, and software development lifecycle processes.

Experience developing customer-facing web or enterprise applications. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and DevOps practices. Understanding of secure coding standards and application security principles.
