As a Junior Accountant , you will be part of a collaborative finance team supporting multiple entities across Clearpoint Health Network. Work alongside experienced finance professionals and gain insight into the financial operations of a multi-entity healthcare organization. This role will play a key role in enhancing daily Cash Applications, financial accuracy, improving cash flow visibility, and ensuring timely collection and reconciliation processes.

In addition, this role will support essential treasury operations and corporate card management, contributing to improved control, fraud prevention, and oversight. This role will report to Director of Treasury. Performing daily bank reconciliations for all CHN bank accounts Overseeing treasury operations (payment processing on CIBC CMO, funds transfer, tax payments, etc.) Administering corporate card management Supporting ad hoc projects such as reconciliation and billing Proven experience in bank reconciliation and cash application Solid understanding of accounting principles and journal entry preparation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)



College Degree in accounting or relevant field from a recognized academic institution; Bachelor's Degree or higher is an asset ~ Must be eligible to work in Canada at all times while employed with Clearpoint Health Network. ~2-3 years’ years of experience in accounting ~ Knowledge of Sage Intacct is an asset ~ Advanced working knowledge of Excel ~ Whether your background is in public accounting, industry, or another sector, this role provides an prospect to translate your accounting skills into a healthcare environment while expanding your knowledge of treasury and cash management.

Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): Artificial intelligence tools may be used in limited parts of the hiring process, such as application screening questions.
