Position Overview

Support and guide a toddler classroom (ages 19 months to 3 years) in a calm, respectful, and engaging Montessori environment. The role focuses on fostering independence, language development, and social‑emotional growth through hands‑on, child‑led learning.

Qualifications

- Montessori Toddler Diploma (AMI, MACTE, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience working with toddlers (19 months to 3 years)
- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and child development
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team
- Spanish–English bilingual skills are an asset
- Eligible to work in Canada
