We’ve just doubled our US business this summer, and we’re only getting started! As a Junior Educator Recruitment Associate, you’ll be on the front lines of our hiring process -connecting talented paraprofessionals and substitute teachers with schools that need them. You’ll work closely with our experienced recruitment team, learning how to screen applications, conduct interviews, and match educators to roles where they can have the biggest impact.

This role is a great way to build skills in recruitment, sales, communication, and collaboration - all while working with a high-energy team in a rapidly scaling tech company that’s making a real difference in education. Our team works on a hybrid model, with 2 days per week WFH and 3 days in-office. Conduct initial phone interviews to understand their background and match them to suitable roles before handing them off to recruiters.

Educate’s mission and explain how we can help them find the perfect position. Work with recruiters to transition candidates smoothly through screening, document collection, and onboarding. Help place amazing educators into classrooms, filling critical staffing needs in schools across the US.

Experiment with new tools and systems — including AI technologies — to improve the way we recruit.

Applicable Experience: Some experience in customer service (serving/hospitality welcomed!), recruitment, education or acting/theatre are excellent, but not required! New grads with strong alignment to our team & Zen’s mission are highly encouraged to apply for this role.
