Corrpro Canada is a technology-enabled Cathodic Protection services company that provides construction, inspection, engineering, materials management and custom software and hardware to deliver innovative and data-driven corrosion management solutions. We are seeking a Key Account Manager to be responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability profitability and customer retention through strategic management of key accounts and development of new business opportunities. The role builds and maintains strong client relationships, identifies growth opportunities, develops strategic account strategies and collaborates with internal teams to deliver value added solutions that support customer objectives.

Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to customers while representing Corrpro Canada, and its subsidiaries, in the market and ensuring achievement of sales and business development goals.

WHAT YOU’RE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- - Grow revenue and gross margins within existing accounts while securing new business opportunities in target markets.
- Manage and develop relationships with key accounts to help maintain as well as grow their business portfolio inside of Corrpro Canada Inc., and its subsidiaries.
- Provide feedback to company stakeholders on the market situation and work with other sales/regional managers to develop national accounts.
- Develop and manage customer relationships by cultivating business opportunities within assigned accounts, developing and presenting proposals, following up on proposals, negotiating terms, and successfully closing business within assigned accounts.
- Establish professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel.
- Responsible for the timely preparation of quotations and proposals.
- Provide weekly activity/call reports concerning customer-related activities for quotes, orders, and problems concerning customer/vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, pipeline, and forecasting information in the CRM system to support business planning and reporting.
- Represent Corrpro Canada professionally at customer meetings, industry conferences, trade shows, and company events to strengthen relationships and identify business opportunities.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned by management, in response to organizational needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional sales and/or key account management experience in energy & industrial process markets preferred.
- Asset integrity experience highly desirable.
SKILLS:
- - Outstanding internal & external verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization may exist.
- Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a energetic work environment.
- Attention to detail is essential to the success of this role.
- Ability to work independently and display creativity, exercise sound judgment and demonstrate initiative.
- Ability to clearly communicate, establish and nurture relationships and to manage time effectively with minimal input.
- Ability to work with complex spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point) required.
