Part-Time or Full-Time | Salaried Employee or Independent Contractor

Core Connection Mobile Physiotherapy is growing our Victoria team and looking for an Athletic Therapist and/or Kinesiologist who wants to provide meaningful, one-on-one rehabilitation outside of the traditional clinic environment.

We’re hiring in anticipation of an upcoming maternity leave and are open to creating the right arrangement for the right clinician. There is an established caseload available for someone interested in full time work, as well as opportunities for someone looking for a permanent part time role or a more flexible contractor position.

Position options include:

- Full-time salaried: Approximately 12-month maternity leave coverage, with the possibility of an ongoing position afterward
- Part time salaried: Ongoing position with hours based on availability and caseload
- Independent contractor: Part-time or full-time with flexible scheduling and caseload

While we would love for the right person to continue growing with Core Connection after the maternity leave, ongoing full-time salaried hours cannot be guaranteed beyond the initial term.

About the Role

You’ll provide individualized rehabilitation to clients in their homes throughout Greater Victoria. Our clients are diverse with a strong focus on women's health through the lifespan. Clientele may include older adults, individuals recovering from injury or surgery, clients with mobility or balance concerns, and people who face barriers to accessing traditional clinic-based care.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, building strong relationships with clients, and adapting rehabilitation to the realities of a person’s home and everyday life.





What You’ll Do• Provide one-on-one exercise rehabilitation and functional training in clients’ homes

- Develop individualized exercise programs based on client goals and abilities
- Support clients with strength, balance, mobility, conditioning and return to activity
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other members of the client’s healthcare team
- Complete timely clinical documentation and communicate changes in client status
- Travel between client homes throughout Greater Victoria

Who We’re Looking For• Practicing Kinesiologist and/or Certified Athletic Therapist in good standing with the appropriate qualified association
- Experience working independently with a varied client population
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable providing care in clients’ homes
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Collaborative, compassionate and comfortable working as part of a mobile team
